I have been using turbo tax for 3 yrs and I always get maximum refund.
What's great about it: easy to use, fast, accurate
What's not so great: some entries needs to be explained more

Pretty good overall, some steps are not as intuitive as they could be ... required a little iterative trial and error but back button almost always can undue response.
What's great about it: Used last years info for set-up, checks for errors multiple times
What's not so great: Slight glich on my son's return ... got stuck in a loop ...

I've been using this 4 years running now. I even had a tax professional look at my reviews just make sure it was all looking good and he said that Turbo Tax was getting the max for me. Thanks!
What's great about it: Loved how quick it was... Always super accurate.
What's not so great: The extra fee for state and then the extra fee for e-file.

My first time doing my own tax returns and I found it simple and easy to do. I am looking forward to next year.

Fast and Efficient

I've used TurboTax for nine years now and found it to be a very fast and easy-to-use solution to preparing my taxes. From installing the new forms through e-filing the return, the sterp-by-step process is very effective and I believe can be used by anyone with basic computer skills. The program let's you to easily leave and later re-enter your filing if you need to find more information. I found the Help function to be capable of handling 90% (if not all) of my questions. A great product.
What's great about it: Clear, easy to follow instructions; good help content
What's not so great: Have not seen any yet

Always easy to use and get filed by deadline.

I like the interview process but the "continue" button was always off my screen. So I had to constantly use the mouse to seek the bottom of the page to click continue. A little annoying but it's also possibly due to my screen resolution and size.
What's great about it: Complete
What's not so great: Cumbersome to navigate window
