Don't have to worry a bit about how to get all the schedules and forms done on paper, but only have to follow amazing prompts to answer my own tax situation. After years of suggesting to a family member, he's finally a believer, too, and used Turbo Tax the last two years, after years of using his own spreadsheets! So excited to give a shout out to Turbo Tax for specific tax helps and detailed answers to situation questions in bold information.
What's great about it: Helps me through every step - like a professional sitting beside me!
What's not so great: no negatives

Love my Turbo Tax

I find Turbo Tax to be very easy to follow even for those who are not used to filing their own taxes. I like being able to just jump to the forms I need, but the interview worked great for my daughter to make sure she didn't miss any deductions.
What's great about it: Filed with TT for years, keeps all my information from year to year.
What's not so great: Expensive to efile state taxes.

I have bought this product every year for the past 7-8 years. It does seem get easier even with all the changes to tax laws. I do appreciate that greatly. I'm always pleased when I'm done.
What's great about it: That you can go through everything one by one so you don't miss anything.
What's not so great: I had a question that I wasn't sure where I could go for the answer.

Simple, easy and painless!

What's great about it: Easy to use, help was very accessible.

Turbo Tax is Great

11th year using Turbo Tax. I am comfortable and familiar with it. I do my family returns, 4 total.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Came through as promised

I frequently procrastinate when doing my taxes because I figure that I'll probably owe some more and I want to keep my money as long as possible. Plus, I know that I can depend upon Turbotax folks to quickly get my return figured out. Last year I was surprised when Turbotax figured me a refund. Fortunately, the extra I had to pay this year was only half as much as I figured before Turbotax worked my return over. It certainly is encouraging to know that the required IRS forms are used and completed properly. I can't believe the number of hours I have wasted in the past just trying to figure out whether or not I was required to acquire and attempt to complete some strange forms whose numbers just showed up in the fine print of the instructions. Turbotax has come to my rescue again this year.
What's great about it: Very thorough and staight forward
What's not so great: Got lost when trying to e-sign

IT'S GETTING EASIER TO UNDERSTAND, SOME OF THE LANGUAGE WAS CONFUSING OR HARD TO UNDERSTAND EVEN WHEN WE LOOKED FOR EXTRA HELP. BUT IT WAS FAST AND I LIKED THE WAY IT CALULATED THE RESULTS FOR YOU.
What's great about it: FAST AND ACCURATE
What's not so great: NOT A LOT OF INFORMATION ON THE STEP BY STEP AS TO WHAT EACH SECTION MEANT
