Easy to use and file!

I've used TurboTax Deluxe for the past 10+ years and have never had any problems. Takes the drudgery out of tax preparation, filing and/or paying taxes/receiving a refund! I've looked at other tax preparation programs but Intuit TurboTax still seems the easiest and most thorough program to use.
What's great about it: Easy to follow. Clear instructions, Easy payment and/or refund!

Surprised to see Different returns

I see the software on CD or online is easy to use but

I used online , iPad and CD installation for Fedral calculation. always downloaded the latest patches to keep them upto date (I don't need to pay State tax).
all was going good when I entered 1099-Misc form entry
The iPad version calculated to pay about 700$ more than online version and CD version asked me to pay about 60$ more than online version.
Same company software making different calculation is not understandable,
I need to check other software as well!

The program resolved any anxiety that might have arisen from uncertainty. I was led along very nicely. My only mishap was that I failed to save it when I needed to exit before I finished, thus I lost several sections and had to start over.
What's great about it: I liked the design of providing information upon request instead of inundating the user with more detail than needed.
What's not so great: None really.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It is easier to use each year. Would love to have a picture of the return available to view as the return is being completed. Will continue to use it as I have since it first was introduced. Good job!

What's great about it: Does all the calculations for you. All you do is enter the information. Can't get easier than that
