Amazingly Thorough!

I thought the way the program moves through the tax process was very well thought out. The step by step guidance made it easy for anyone to file their taxes. I was also amazed at the different deductions that the Turbo Tax offers and introduces to the me the user.

Thanks TurboTax for making doing my taxes so easy! I love the way you guide me thru this whole process, step by step, so I wouldn't miss a thing. I've been using TurboTax ever since I started working when I was 15, and 14 years later, its still what I depend on every year!

Love Turbo Tax!!!

I always did our taxes the old fashion until the first Turbo Tax software was released. For the first five years I still double checked by doing my taxes with pencil and paper. It always worked out to be the same as Turbo Tax it just took a lot longer to complete. Turbo Tax has my complete trust.
What's great about it: It is easy and always correct.

Great product, simple and easy to use. Very well done.
What's great about it: simple intuitive form entriy
What's not so great: Must retain software to view previous year's inputs unless you .pdf
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I am disappointed in the performance of this years program. Too many problems and too much time wasted on the phone.
What's great about it: Continuity of programs...this is the third year I have used the program
What's not so great: Very Very poor performance this year. This program required reloading 3 times...very much a waste of time

I had to do review over because it showed a huge amount due. After doing it over from scratch, was able to find errors and get a refund.
