What's great about it: Very good at finding me deductions
What's not so great: Kept asking for state return info even though I live in TX

Secure Way to take care of your Taxes

This is about the 10th year that i have used turbo tax and I find it helpful to prevent errors in math, and to guide me in not
missing out on deductions that i might be entitled to use. Watch answering the questions and take your time and think , watch the blocks on your information so that your answers are correctly in place. I will be using this program again next year .

What's great about it: extremely helpful
What's not so great: I thought a little harder to use 2012 then the 2011

Used the explore on my own and didn't have to waste time with income and deduction categories that didn't apply to me.

I have used turbo tax for several years and each year it is easier to use. Clear and simple explanations. The updates on status of filing and refunds are also nice. turbo takes helps alleviate alot of the stress associated with completing your taxes accurately and in a timely manner.
What's great about it: very user friendly, clear explanations
What's not so great: had to keep scrolling to bottom of page for next section

When I had no clue....you got me through

I would have liked more detailed information about deductions and helpful hints on what paperwork is required. Also, after the return is processed: a recommendation on how to get the most return for your deductions. Such as...change what deduction line on the human resources paperwork, etc...
What's great about it: easy checklist and pacing
What's not so great: need more help on the search engine

Turbo Tax Reflections

Have used TurboTax for over 10 years. Recommend it to family and fireinds. It makes the process of filing Federal and state incomes very straight forward with simple to follow instructions. I amost look forward to doing my tax results because of the wealth and depth of information available.
What's great about it: simple to use, depth of information available, quick calculations, easy access to forms
What's not so great: lacks 24 hour live help desk
