It was pretty easy

Overall, it was easy to use and I was able to complete my federal and state returns in about an hour.
What's great about it: Easy questions to answer
What's not so great: Need better help

IRS made Easy

Turbo Tax always has the most up to date tax information from the IRS. For 13 years I have used Turbo Tax and never been disappointed . Easy to go through using helpful guides or going straight to the actual forms. Quick links to info and IRS materials. I have recommended to friends and family and everyone gives it the highest rating.
What's great about it: Great detailed review of forms with clear questions. Easy access to switch between forms and review.
What's not so great: Never had an issue in 13 years

I have been procrastinating for so long, and was determined to get it done this year. And to think it didn't take weeks, I did it all in one day. What a feeling of relief.
What's great about it: the ease of maneuvering thru the program

I love Turbo Tax have been using for years - I understand accounting and taxes but it helps to simplify and completes the more complicated forms for me.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy

The wizards are nice the first time through, but when you have to go through and click continue to all the questions you just answered (and some it doesn't save the answer...) to change one number, it can get tedious.
What's great about it: Wizards make getting the right forms and deductions easy.
What's not so great: Tough to quickly go back to a specific section.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Better every year

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years. It's great to come back year after year, my old data is transferred, and the new rules and credits are easy to find and use. I have never used a paid preparer. TurboTax allows me to do my own taxes without one.
What's great about it: Easy to use, like having a pro, and I can do my own taxes from home.
