I love using Turbo Tax. I have used it for many years for my taxes as well as my childrens' returns. I am a little putoff by the fees associated with efile and return processing.
What's great about it: Easy to enter data and the questions asked help to clarify what the system needs to comlete the taxes
What's not so great: Paying for efile and refund processing. A little exesive

Process is improved from previous years... a little more direct and clear with each new edition.
Review process seemed a little slip-shod since I had to update forms with missing info AFTER the initial review during the final efiling element. Doesn't make sense but not a big obstacle.

The support is what I like the best I tried another program one year and near the deadline they left me hanging by not answering the phone
