Overall good and easy to work with.
Screen layout adds unneeded scrolling.
On screens that I have to click through I usually have to scroll first to get down to the button when there is more than enough white space to pull the button up higher.
What's great about it: will take you through the steps very easily
What's not so great: screen layout
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

beats the heck out of my original method...pencil, paper and calculator...! But, as a "do it your self" type, this is a joy...as much as paying taxes can be a JOY?
What's great about it: Easy to use/navigate! Going back to make changes or review was easy!
What's not so great: Had confusion on how to get Schedule C to delete(used in prior years); as Retiree, language about pension=RMD? confusing

Easy as always

Easy as always on my taxes. I have standard deductions, but this would work for uncommon deductions as well. Step by step and do it any time. Highly recommend.
What's great about it: Simple, cost-effective for easy tax returns
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

For the most part easy although a couple of areas do not give enough information on the details. Example, adding dividends earned was difficult, showed previous year but did not allow me to change from zero to the actual amount, found this to be cumbersome. I like the audit defense option although my return is so simple would not expect to be audited it is nice to know if anything happens someone will be there.
What's great about it: imports info and previous year-easily stored on computer
What's not so great: got lost in a couple of places, instructions were not clear

Procrastination not necessary!

Overall very good, I have used this method for the past 4 years and anticipate using again next year...just wished I would not have waited until the last minute to get my returns done.
What's great about it: Simple to follow
What's not so great: State sales tax info a little hard to follow..need quick link to get accurate tax rate.

Good basics

Does a good job of grabbing data from W2s and brokerage. There are several instances where I am asked to go look up something on a form and enter it again. Not sure why TurboTax can't do that for me.
Does a particularly poor job with my children's income. I would gladly upgrade to Premium if it would pull all of the info needed to calculate their taxes from my form, do the calculations, and figure out whether I should put them on my form or not.
What's great about it: imported most stuff from work, brokerage
What's not so great: doesn't sort out cost basis for ESPP from W2
Pros: I bought or sold investments
