I love Turbo Tax, it makes taxes soooo user friendly and so much more simple than doing them by myself
What's great about it: One Page, one Click, so comprehensible
What's not so great: unable to fix areas that were not specifically covered page by page
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS OF THE PROGRAM. IT BEATS PAYING ALL THAT MONEY FOR SOMETHING YOU CAN DO YOUR SELF.
What's great about it: IT IS FAST A VERY GOOD AND ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS
What's not so great: I DIDN'T HAVE ANY

Efficient process

Turbo tax provides an efficient way to get your taxes done and helps you to get the taxes done by navigating through all of the aspects of the form. The error checker is very valuable as well as the audit tool and risk measurement
What's great about it: provided questions
What's not so great: wished it would navigate through all without having to remember what sections had alread been coveret

Fabulous Taxpaying Tool

TurboTax was simplistic with easy step-by-step instructions to complete my returns. I'm very confident that I've maximized my return and saved several hundred dollars by not having to use an accountant.

Continuously improving your product has kept you at the top of the heap - TurboTax is often imitated, but never duplicated. Your help screens, easy flowing questions and form-fill are great, and again, continue to get better. Comprehensive form library, and live help availability is awesome. No thoughts come to mind of how to improve - great product.
What's great about it: Navigation is continually getting easier: I've used turbotax for the past 15 years!
What's not so great: Moving in and out of the form you are working on and switching views and forms needs to be a bit more seamless

My wife is self empolyed as cleaning person and I have job related expenses(Mileage) and I had to ask for help a couple of times for location to input certain topics to get credit.
What's great about it: Fairly easy step by step instructions
What's not so great: Some difficulty with deductions and credits

Easy to To!

The format of this program really does make it easy to find and fill in the requested information. the only time I did not really understand the questions that were asked was during the error check so I just entered zero since I figured if there was some number I would have seen it on a form
What's great about it: The simple questions made it easy to to.
What's not so great: none

Quick, Easy and Thorough

I don't hate tax forms; I'm simply annoyed by them. Part of that stems from my awareness that, when completing forms on my own, I'm not maximizing my deductions. I'm not a tax accountant and don't have the time to become one. This was my first year using Turbo Tax, and it won't be my last. I can't believe how easy this was. I'm an advocate, and I'd suggest the software to anyone wanting to simplify their tax filing processes.
What's great about it: Simplifies the completion of tax forms and maximizes refund
What's not so great: Nothing really - just have all of your records ready to go!
