Quick and Simple

Turbo Tax is the only tax software I have ever used. It is quick and thorough. I like the fact that it imports info from year to year to help speed up the process. Paying taxes is not fun but using Turbo Tax takes a little "sting" out of the whole process.
What's great about it: Easy to used especially from year to year

Fast 'n Furious

What's great about it: Fast. Handled Most of tax situations very well. I particuarlly enjoy the import feature to speed up the personal info.
What's not so great: I have a loan repayment from my retirement income that needs to be deducted grom my taxable income..

IRS Filing

It was fairly easy to follow along. I really like the question format. I would have liked to see more infomation on how to "take advantage" of the educational deductions. I was surprised to see that I couldn't get most of the deductions because I exceeded the salary limits. Tax laws are frustrating but having the question format of turbotax was really helpful. I would never use the IRS hard copies ever knowing that Turbotax exists.
What's great about it: walked me through the questions
What's not so great: I had to search for one of my educational forms that I received. System did not cover it during the "walkthrough"

Turbo Tax Better than ever

I have used Turbo Tax for 5-6 years. Each year seems to get a little easier with the amout of updates each year. The transferring of last year's information to begin the start of a new years makes things easier and easier.
What's great about it: Ease of use, transfer from year to year
What's not so great: Maybe too technical, need more layman terms when researching problems

Great tool & Information!

Great tool for tax refund. Turbo tax helps maximizing my tax return with all extra information that I don't ever think about or how to get the info. When having all files/documents I can complete both Federal and State in couple hours with ease. I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and always loved it.
What's great about it: Max Return
What's not so great: A liitle bit overwhem info some time

PCP's 2012 TurboTax Experience

This was a life save as my Tax Service accountants did not finish my return on time and I did not want to have to file an extension request. TurboTax made it possible for me to complete my 2012 return on time.
What's great about it: Thorough & easy to use
