Simple and Solid

For the basics, it works well, easy to follow and hints are helpful.
Some of the more obscure forms, especially ESPP related are difficult to get to, and the help isnt that good.
For most people, its a good product, but for the some, its average.
What's great about it: Easy to follow along and use
What's not so great: Some more obscure items are hard to find

My Experience with Turbo Tax

Over all, TurboTax is a good software to use. I switched to TurboTax about three years ago and I find it easy and intuitive to use.
What's great about it: Easy and intuitive to use
What's not so great: same subjects are visisted again and again

Fast and Easy

I never have a doubt when I prepare my taxes with Turbo Tax, the process is fail proof. It guides me through the whole process, and to think I use to do this on paper form before. Never again, this is my 4th year using Turbo Tax.

Easy and fast

For most taxes Turbo Tax is a great product. I have done my taxes for ten years now with Turbo Tax. Sometimes there have been some areas that were not perfectly clear but I think these are areas that most people will not normally be using such as estate taxes of limited partnerships on K1 forms.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax question and answer interface makes it fast and easy to do my taxes
What's not so great: Had several blanks at the end of the state session that needed numbers but the explaination was lacking
Pros: I bought or sold investments

User Friendly!

Turbo Tax is so easy. It looks for deductions I didn't even realize I might be able to take. Another important plus is the extra confidence they give you by backing you in the event of an audit. Thank you for making this a little less stressful.
What's great about it: Very easy! They do all the work!

good for getting taxes done. importing is nice. tell me up front efiling for state is additional. review of divorced custody is finally in.
