Overall very satisfied with Turbo Tax. Have used it for several years.
Improvement:Need better explantion of IRA basis information if some funds in the IRA are post tax (already have been taxed) and are exempt from tax on the return.
What's great about it: Easy navigation. Liked the transfer of past information to new returns.
What's not so great: Need better explantion of IRA basis information if some funds were post tax.

TurboTax really helps to make my life easier. No last minute running to a tax representative; can do in the privacy of my own house, no irritatingly smug people asking stupid questions about how much tithes and offerings I really paid - yes, here are my receipts.

What's great about it: quick, easy, understandable, speaks my language
What's not so great: unfortunately, have to file every year!!!

Doing this on laptop and it seems that I almost always had to use the scroll button on each page ... just to get to the "continue" button. Perhaps a "continue" button on right?
Seemed that TurboTax always prompted me to get financial information from online service of some sort but my financial instiutions weren't listed. Again, I always had to scroll down to select "enter values myself" ... rrr.
What's great about it: PRO: Asks me every question that's needed
What's not so great: CON: Always have to scroll to bottom to enter numbers in myself

Use it every year. I think it is great. Much easier to do this in the comfort of your own home.

the program is easy to understand, no hassles with finding were you left off. great program, will continue to use.
What's great about it: easy to move from one area to another, can recall last years info, cleans up any errors.
What's not so great: I did not like the fee attached to refunding my state monies.

Using Turbo Tax is so easy !! It has saved me the past 2 years since I am a hopeless procrastinator.. always waiting until the last possible moment to file. I took it home and once again, I had no problems filing my taxes. In less than 2 hours I was done and breathing a sigh of relief at meeting the dreaded tax deadline.. Next year maybe I'll start earlier....???

What's great about it: Very helpful customer support, step by step questions & answers
What's not so great: When you don't understand a question, sometimes the answers under Help don't pertain to your question
