Pretty Easy

It seems like Turbo Tax is getting easier to do each year. It is too bad that the government can't make it easy for everyone to do their taxes.

My first tax filing in many years and it was done in an evening. And the tax credits were great.
What's great about it: Very easy and not too complicated to feel successful
What's not so great: Taxes are complicated and state information is less easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Taxes Over The Years

This is our 10th year of using Turbo tax and we found ourselves again coming back from a tax pro to your software. Consistently each year, Turbo Tax updates their software and makes the program more and more user friendly. We thought we needed a live person to discuss our taxes with because of some special circumstances, but talking with them was going to cost a lot of money. Turbo Tax however was able to answer those same questions for a fraction of the price. For the most part Turbo Tax is straight forward, but trying to locate a specialized form was difficult. We had to do some seaching a reference back to previous years to locate the form we needed. We are very impressed with the amount of detail that is programmed into each years softwae and really appreciate the auto-load info from previous years. We will continue using Tubo Tax in the years to come, because it has become our tax expert. Thank You!
What's great about it: Very user friendly. Consistently up to date and accurate
What's not so great: Specialized forms are hard to find.

got a good refund

Took me over 2 hours due to slow connections encountered one major error and lost my information however thank god you were able to recover my information. First time buying the software.

Excellent Guide to My Refund

I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use TurboTax every year. I was able to identify my deductions that I was not really aware of and the program led me step by step to get them. The format is simple to follow and I like the instantaneous feedback on the amount of my refund as I go through it.

Fast and effective

Turbo Tax makes filing your taxes fast and effective. I have three boys ages 5 and 2 year old twins. I only have a couple of hours a night of quite uninterrupted time and by using Turbo Tax I was able to file my taxes without giving up time with my family. Nobody wantes to spend time away from their family locked in a basement office doing taxes on the weekend. With Turbo Tax your life will not be interrupted. Turbo Tax knocks the competition out.

Turbo Tax is easy to use even for someone like me who does not like math or have an indepth understanding of tax law. I like the guarantee that all calculations are correct and the extra review at the end for accuracy.
