State Tax (WI)

Form 1 on the "WI Return" allows for the deduction of Health Insurance paid providing it hasn't been used as a deduction on Schedule A of the Federal Return. The only way that I couldl find to get to this, was to open up the froms section. I would strongly suggest that a simple Q&A be provided to address Additions and Subtractions. I have prepared taxes #my own and others# for many years and I guarantee, that this is going to be missed by many of the "non-expert" tax preparers that use your software.
What's great about it: Easy download from Federal Return
What's not so great: Simple Q&A for Additions & Subtractions not provided.

Not a bad program

Turbo tax is a good program and I have used it for about 7 years but the problem is always the same and it takes extra time to figure out what to do when I need to get credit for paying taxes in the city I live in, but the city I work in is different and thats the one on my W2, so what do you do when you get double dipped on by two different cities?
What's great about it: It gives you a choice of guiding you through or you can do your own thing.
What's not so great: doesn't tell you what to do with the taxes you pay in the city you live in if its not on the W2.

Very Disappointed this Year with State Return Part

Have used Turbo Tax for years! VERY frustrated and upset with Turbo tax this year...Purchased Deluxe as I always do. Federal very good, easy to follow. Downloaded State of Mississippi. Calculated info, asked a few questions, calculated refund and then when ready to review... had 130 errors! It had not transferred any information from my federal return. I will have to do myself and try and find forms in the age of paperless/efiling. Very disappointed this year and have always supported this product. Dont know if I will continue.
What's great about it: Federal was easy to follow
What's not so great: State return did NOT transfer. Will have to do myself. This has never happened. Very disappointed in Turbo Tax.

Like the product very much. However when asked about value of all IRA did it mean value of the one IRA that I had to take a RMD (inherited) or total of all IRA including those I am currently not required to take a RMD
What's great about it: Overall very good like using Turbo tax year after year
What's not so great: should have more explaintions for spec. information required

You have a great product here. Thank you for making it so easy to file my taxes. I'd rather file my taxes than go to the dentist TurboTax is so easy and user friendly.
What's great about it: Very easy AND informative.
What's not so great: Lots of reading, but that's ok
