Turbo Tax makes it easy

Like using Turbo Tax since I'm the one doing the taxes. Wish the screens were sized better (so no scrolling for the continue button) and that it would go to the continue button without needing the mouse. I like the keyboard better, and having to use the mouse gets annoying. But I still buy the software every year!
What's great about it: Easy to use

Product would not e-file which is one of the reasons i used it. Also wouldn't e-file my state return even after I had paid for it. Had to print and mail all returns which was a real pain considering it was April 14th. Would not recommend this product to anybody.

Easy to follow. Asks good questions but guides and has information that explains every one of the questions. I learn something new every year.
What's great about it: -Love how information carries over every year. Easy to follow. Guides me all the way.
What's not so great: Have to pay for state e-filing.

We have a lot of medical deductions and TurboTax walks me through each area and makes sure I covered everything. I feel like a friend helped me do my taxes.
What's great about it: walks you through step-by-step so you don't miss anything.
What's not so great: none that I can see.

I have used Turbo Tax at home most of my adulthood. And as an inactive CPA, I know its accurate. I am constantly helping friends get started on Turbo Tax. Once I get them started, I become obsolete - which is the point.
My only "complaint" is the amount of paper used to print. When I ask for the form only, I don't want the worksheet. And for my friends, the extra papers are confusing.

TurboTax continues to be an easy and fast way to do my taxes, even with complex tax situations. I have needed Sched C, depreciation, complicated charitable contributions, complex stock transactions, etc. Turbo Tax has made it easy to deal with all those situations.
What's great about it: Walks you through the details
What's not so great: Sometimes the help articles don't tell you everything you need to know.
