Helped A Slacker

I waited till the last minute this year. Went online and it was very slow and kept locking up. I then downloaded the program and knocked my taxes out very quickly. TurboTax is very user friendly!
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Online version way too slow

I really enjoyed using your program, and even I could understand it (with no previous accounting/book keeping/organization skills of my own).
What's great about it: Very Brief
What's not so great: Needs more suggested savings
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick and Easy!

This cuts the time to one fourth or less than doing taxes the old fashioned way! Its cheaper than using a preparer and I feel confident that it is correct. Takes all of the worry out of the process!
What's great about it: The work is done for you...just follow prompts.

Smooth as usual

Everything was very straight forward, and it seemed as though this year the help areas had more detail and were more clear.
It is very helpful having the side by side previous year look, which I know has been in place for a couple years now.
What's great about it: Everything was very user friendly
What's not so great: Had some trouble using my credit card to pay

Easy filing

Turbotax is an excellent product with clear explanations and easy filing, I have been using this for couple of years now. I hate typing in all the information manually from the document but it would be great if one can upload the scanned documents to be read by turbotax.
What's great about it: Clear explanations and easy filing
What's not so great: cannot upload documents via scanning
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
