Please place the curser at the end of the options that you have already completed instead of at the top of the list. This leads to additional scrolling at the end of every section that is not need. It needs to be placed at the top of the list at the end for review of the entire document. - Thank you.

Maximize your deduction

Turbo tax is good, we've been using the system for 5 years now and we are always satisfied. This year it happened the first time - the error with credit card payment for State E-file but I thing it's because the system is overloaded - filing on 4/14/13. I tried about 5 times I finally the payment went through.
What's great about it: Walking through step by step
What's not so great: Problem ith Credit card error message for State E file

I have been a Turbotax user for both individual and business taxes and find it very helpful. I am confident that the product allows me to file an accurate return.

This is the 5th year that I have used Turbo Tax. It is user friendly with the question and answer format. Even when I wait until the last minute and stress over filing the process is quick and easy.
What's great about it: Easy to follow question and answer format.

Taxes complete!

Great product. Makes the pain of doing taxes much more palatable. Continuity in product and improved service/support every year makes this a top-notch do-it-yourself means to complete taxes.
What's great about it: Year-after-year continuity; user-friendly instructions and help; self-driven topic selections
What's not so great: unnecessary repetition of general questions when re-visiting certain topics e.g. charities
