Makes it so very easy!

I like using Turbo Tax because it imports all my last year information into this years tax session. Very easy to use and was simple.

Beautiful program. Safe and secure. Makes tax time a breeze and worry free. Can not imagine living without it!

Love Turbo Tax

I have been using it for 9 years and I will never leave it...best and easiest to use software for any financial needs

Better explanation needed

Turbo Tax does a great job of keeping you updated with the amount of taxes owed or the refund. Although when I completed the sales tax deduction (Texas has no state income tax) and was told my deduction was $2,690 the amount of my refund did not change at all. Turbo tax should provide a reason for this. For example was it because of AMT. I still do not know and by not providing an explanation your customers (including me) believe you have a bug in your software. This is a big issue and needs to be fixed as confidence is the key for users like me using your product.
What's great about it: Majority of Turbo Tax sections are intuitive
What's not so great: What happened to my sales tax deduction.

Able to prepare all family member's taxes in less than 4 hours., Prepared, filed, Everything!

What's not so great: Old age-writing too small can't enlarge it on computer!

Hallelujah, It's done Again

With nine (9) 1099 forms of several varieties, a brief clear explanation of the difference between qualified and non qualified income and plans would have saved me 4-5 hours and a sheepish telephone call to a friend 500 miles away to confirm my best guess on how to proceed. But keep trying, maybe the IRS will help with a simpler tax systems someday.
What's great about it: It flowed better than in past years
What's not so great: It was still an emotional roller coaster ride

BETTER THAN ANY TAX AGENCY

This is a good tool to fill out your taxes and avoid extra costs to pay someone else to do the same you are capable doing. It is easy to follow and would check if you have made any errors.
