Easier than Ever

THe navigation is much improved. Importing last years data and getting rid of old data is easier than ever. I like the links for getting more and more detailed help. Those work well and are fast.
What's great about it: The naviagion is easier than ever. In the past switching from forms to easy guide and back would not work well.Does now

Good questions, but a little rigid. It would help to have the Continue button at the same place on each page, so paging through can be quicker.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have been pleased with it each time.
What's great about it: Walks you through the steps and has explanations you can access right off the screen you are working on.
What's not so great: When you are finished and ready to efile, you may have some difficulty (possibly due to demand on system).

Easy filing

I really enjoyed the ease of which turbotax allows me to file my taxes. I like the option of being able to choose the walk-through or self selection of different items. The review process was easy. I just wish that the checking account information from the federal return would auto populate for the state return. That would save some time.
What's great about it: I like the ease in using the turbotax and importing of previous years data
What's not so great: I wish that previous owners of turbotax would get a discount, say $10 for loyalty program.

This works, even for the crazy tax situations my family is in! Every year, we get some weird, cockamammy Forms X23 and Z1, etc etc. from some investment account we have - and there's some foreign assets in there. Apparently, every year we pay around $39 in investment taxes to a foreign government. And, TurboTax knows just where to put it! So, so easy.
I don't see myself ever doing something other than TurboTax. Ten years and counting.
What's great about it: Walks me through. No hard effort required
What's not so great: Can't efile my state b/c of some forms they require

Filing on the Fly

I waited until the last minute, but Turbo Tax helped me get both my Federal and State completed and filed before the deadline. Even with an unexpected event that caused me to owe taxes this year, I was able to navigate through the site and get enough information to find the answers I needed to finish and file online. I only wish there were more actual Turbo Tax "professionals" involved in the online community.
What's great about it: Convenience
What's not so great: Conflict in the online community
