I have used Turbo tax for the last 4 years. It is so easy! It transfer the previous year information. That cuts down on the time it takes just getting started. Also it gives a side by side comparison of the previous year.
What's great about it: step by step guide
What's not so great: extra cost for additional state

It was quick and easy. The only snag it couldn't find last years return to automatically enter the first part of the return.

Went Easy

I have been doing my taxes with Turbo Tax for over 15 years.
I have learned to navigate between the forms and the questions interface. The current version with the ability to navigate myself or let Turbo Tax ask questions makes it go extremely fast.

What's great about it: I really hate doing my taxes, but with Turbo Tax I am done before I know it.
What's not so great: Efile total added amount owed to Feds to refund from State. Formula should at least be displayed.

I am my only problem

as always, it is easy and concise, our 4th year. kudos to the staff.
What's great about it: concise, readily applies all pertinent forms
What's not so great: can't backtrack if you make a mistake, had to dump and restart.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy, fast and almost fun

Great overall product. Did not like the Videos on prior years. Great to be able to E-File Fed. returns. Wish th state E-File was also free. Will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to transfer from prior year. Most info already on Form.
What's not so great: Takes a long time to install and Update.

difficult refund

Its seems in years past turbo refund was much easier to follow. We did have a few additional areas we had to address this year however i feel that in years past especially the first year we used it , it guided us and i felt confident with its direction.

Gets the job done

Did not deduct enough with my W-2.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Owed a lot of money. Charitable item deduction is tedious.
