Issue with Mac Version, PC fine.

Been using Turbo tax for over a decade. Now have a MAC and a PC. Decided to install on Mac and had an issue with the filing portion. "Could not establish network connection". Very aggravating. I installed on a PC, loaded up return and finished up no problem. I guess the moral of the story is stick with a PC! Other then that issue, worked fine.
What's great about it: Worked solid with PC Version.
What's not so great: Would not process Credit Card with Mac Version

So easy this "Cave girl" could do it!

Turbo tax is the easiest and most accurate tax software for both business and personal use. I am not the most numerical or technically savvy person on God's Earth, and even THIS "Cave girl" that I am can use it and feel confident. Thank you Intuit!! and thank you Turbo Tax!!!!

Would Be Lost Without It

The review process that catches your mistakes and errors is great for me. I don't think I could fill out the form on my own. Explanations are always available and helpful.

Finally done

Each year TurboTax seems to get faster and less of a headache. I don't stress anymore on doing my taxes but for some reason now I wait till the last moment to do them since I know TurboTax will make it quick and easy.
What's great about it: Quick
What's not so great: Never sure if you have all deductions possible
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Predictable and generally easy

Overall strong product for a fairly experienced user. This is the 11th consecutive year using TurboTax. Annual return is moderately complex. I use the form view and find it easier to navigate and more useful than the guided approach. Always have trouble with the foreign tax credit forms; does not seem to be able to accommodate multiple countries on single 1116. Also missing certain required tax credit forms for fed and state returns.

Just glad you helped me get it done

Make it simple to just send this form and where to send. program keeps wanting to send me to sales. Program should allow us to by pass the ads. I am happy with the program and will continue to purchase it in the future, but by pass the ADs.
What's great about it: Fast and easy to use. It keeps improving each year. Love the import infromation feature
What's not so great: needs short cut in reviewing and sending e file. took alot of toime for me to get information on state to send check
