12th Year and counting!

I have been using turbo tax to process my taxes since filing my 2008 return and this is my fifth year as a divorced head household tax payer. Prior to that, my ex husband used it to file our joint returns since we were married in 2001. I wouldn't do it any other way. Who better to trust than organization that works directly with the IRS to process your refund. This is a win win situation. I am very pleased with the cost savings, ease, convenience and security that turbo tax has provided me over the course of the last twelve years. Thank you turbo tax!

Get's easier every year!

Overall, it was a painless tax year this year! Turbo Tax is pretty intuitive, and either I'm starting to understand what I'm doing, or they made the program easier! I still would like to see more explanation of the taxes, and deductions, such as what the standard deduction is in some categorizes such as medical, and the reasoning behind it. I know that's a lot, but I would like to understand more about what I'm doing.
Still, it's a great product, I highly recommend it!! Thanks!!
What's great about it: Quick and easy, it seems better than last year
What's not so great: I still got lost in a couple of places

Turbo Tax does a great job of leading you through your tax return. Making sure that you don't miss any deductions or credits.

Best software for my family

The only problem I had this year was confusion over what to do with a 1098-T for tuition and scholarships. The form was for my dependent and I struggled to find answers to the questions I had. Everything else was EASY

We've been filing with Turbo Tax for 6 years now. It's nice that from year to year, TT remembers our information - which makes filing so much easier!

Very Happy with Product

Asked questions to jog my memory. Explained my questions along the inputting process. Have used it for 3 years now without any problems. I bought it after years of struggling with doing my taxes myself and feeling that I had made a mistake some where or not taking all the deductions that I was entitled to take. I won't be doing my returns anymore. Turbo tax makes it to easy to worry about it anymore (other than to come up with the money if I owe).
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: I had no problems with the program
