What happened with the state e-file?!?!

I've been using TurboTax for years. I'm not sure what happened but this is the first year I've had trouble filing my state tax return. Very frustrating!!

I love using Turbo tax. I have been using this system for years and I will continue to use them. The system is very thorough. You can't possibly go wrong using Turbo tax.

Delay in Paying for my state eFile

I got an error when paying for my state e-file and noticed that turbotax.com was in static site mode at 8PM on 4/14.
And the Morgan Stanley website still doesn't properly import Dividend 1099's for Intuit ESPP and RSUs. I would hope that Intuit could get this feature to work for the brokerage it uses for it's own employees.
What's great about it: Year over year and W-2 imports worked well.
What's not so great: Intuit ESPP and RSO Dividend 1099 still didn't import.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using turbo tax for a long time it surely makes completing this Tax chore easy. Plus it gives me the confidence to continue to perform this task myself. I enjoy the challenge. Plus it lets me explore various tax strategies that i would not otherwise have available.
For example: Rebates on hybrid vehicles, i used turbo tax to hypothetically look at this situation to determine if such a purchase should be considered. The Tax benefits to seem good at this time provided you get in while the numbers are big.
What's great about it: I like the ability to switch back and forth between the forms and the tutorial.
What's not so great: Sure wish the input boxes would allow math expressions;

Had a glitch when we tried to e file and we didn't know how to contact someone. It finally allowed us to file. Then it wasn't able to connect to process my payment and it finally did.
What's great about it: user friendly
What's not so great: couple of glitches
