Awesome experience

I have been using turbotax for 3 years now and it makes filing for taxes effortless.
Due to personal circumstances and international travel, I started my tax filing @ 1000 PM on 04/14 and was done by 1100 PM EST.
The guided navigation is excellent and helps in avoiding common mistakes like chosing itemized deduction over standard deduction and not forgetting to pay the homebuyer credit.
Turbo tax is a savior in my not-so-perfect life!
What's great about it: Makes filling for taxes effortless!

I spoke with someone via telephone and she was extremely friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable.
What's great about it: Fast
What's not so great: The S-Corporation information was difficult to find correct place for entry

I highly recommend TurboTax for ease of preparation. Really like the ease of e-filing.
What's great about it: Walked me through the process step by step
What's not so great: Took a fairly long time

Great Tax Software

Great product that I have used for years. This year i used a CPA tax service and purchased this software to double check and understand where the discounts were at. We matched up with a few dollars!! Turbo tax is less expensive and easy to use! I'll never have to spend money on a tax service other than TurboTax again!
What's great about it: Ease of use, great walk thru

Had to pay over $200 in interest for Turbo mistake

I have loved TurboTax and used it for several years, but a few weeks ago I got a notice that a $71 mistake made by TurboTax in my state taxes was now costing me over $200 thanks to interest. I was disappointed.
What's great about it: Consumer friendly
