Good software, used for years - some bugs at file

Great calculation and auto form generation from data you enter into the worksheet. Like the questions format. The little help popups are nice for some of the questions, but sometimes they contain little information to answer specific questions. Then you have to go mire yourself in state or federal web pages to find your answer.
Not happy at all about the e-file portion. Server was down and had to re-try about 12 times before it went thru. Then on the billing screen - there was an Internet Explorer script fault and the screen just locked down. I had to exit and get back in, then repeat all the steps all over again. Since this all happened when I had already put in my CC info for the billing - did it charge my CC twice for the same service?? Don't know, but now I'll have to followup and check tomorrow with my CC site. Not the kind of issues you want to put up with after just spending hours filling out the tax questions... more than ready to be DONE with this garbage.
Anyways, good product overall. Would not recommend to wait until last minute to do the e-file (like half of America is trying to do the same thing I'm doing at the same time).
What's great about it: Easier than handwriting and calculating
What's not so great: Buggy e-file and server problems

The sequence of forms and requested information was easy to follow and simple to supply. This is the second time I've used TurboTax and each year is easier.
Could there be a second "continue" button on the page? Perhaps on the top?

Amazing

I paid a small fortune last year to have a "professional" complete my return. I sat on the other side of the desk while he completed it on his computer. I walked away thinking...I wonder if he just used Turbo Tax? That took him about 20 minutes to do. I was very nervous, but the program really does walk you through every step. Awesome
What's great about it: So Very Simple
What's not so great: took several attempts to purchase the state return to file.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy refund

Turbotax software was very easy to use and helped me understand what things could be deducted and which items could not. Turbotax made filing my taxes quick and easy without having to leave home.
What's great about it: Software was very easy to use.
What's not so great: Payment method had issues transmitting online.

Most Informative Return Ever

I really like that I can enter and delete various entries, such as my husbands W2 and my W2, to see how it affects what we have earned vs amount of tax we had withheld and if we owe vs getting a refund. The same with charity donations and other deductions, which helps planning for next year.
What's great about it: Love that you can enter info and see how each piece affects the projected payment or refund.
What's not so great: Slight hang up when trying to connect to online account.

Great Again

Using Turbo Tax every year has helped keep my record keeping simple. They look at the previous year and bring forward important information that I would have missed.
Efiling is easy and the email verification works well.

Worked great, but a little snag on e-filing

I've used Turbo Tax for many years now, always without a hitch.
Except there was an annoying hitch this year when trying to e-file. Kept getting a "We're having trouble" error. The support site was not working and the issue cleared up after I logging into my old account (after finding the old logon info), but annoying nonetheless.
Servers overwhelmed maybe?
What's great about it: Very straight forward and painless
What's not so great: Annoying error when attempting to efile - had to retry often
