This is an easy software to use to file taxes as it leads you through various issues prompting for response.
What's great about it: Easy to use and answer all questions.
What's not so great: Payment at the end of the tax returns is slow and may have to try several times

Several time during completing my return, I clicked on links for further explanation and was move confused that before reading the explanation.
What's great about it: Software was easy to install and imported last year's information.
What's not so great: Lack detailed explanations.

Turbo Tax makes completing tax returns painless. It prefills information from prior years so you save time and errors by not having to fill in th same information year after year. Also able to automatically download some of the W-2 and 1099 information from the vendors.
What's great about it: Prefills information from prior years
What's not so great: Sometimes assumes you haven't used it before

Good again this year, except no refund

Overall, using Turbotax was once again (I have used for the past 10 years or so) was a straight-forward and fairly simple experience. Thanks for the product.
What's great about it: Turbotax was once again user-friendly and informative
What's not so great: It took a number of times (>10) before my credit card payment for filing fee was taken.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
