A few pointers

I found this program to be an easy one to use. The only draw back is that in the course of the year, we have received a few government tax forms that was not mentioned in this tax program
What's great about it: easy to understand
What's not so great: some government forms were not listed

Time Tested Technology

I have been using TurboTax for 20 years!! I find it to be accurate and easy to understand. It has helpful tips and explanations. The CONTINUE and BACK buttons work reliably every time and keep you going in the direction you are trying to go. I have never had an issue with the functionality of these programs. I have never had to contact Customer Service for any assistance whatsoever. I plan on using TurboTax long into the future for all my yearly tax forms.
What's great about it: QUICK, EASY to understand, ACCURATE, CONVENIENT by doing it at home
What's not so great: There is NOTHING I don't like about TurboTax

2012 Arm return

I used for my taxes and my brothers return.I have used your product for over 10 years. This 2012 version seemed to be a bit more longer to complete. It was still easy to use but did seem to ask more questions.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: It did not import my W-2 emploer information when I closed the return and returned later to complete

Easy Peasy

I'd use this product again to my my return easy. To get the most from my return, I would use a professional. Sometimes the personal feedback is necessary and more trustworthy.
What's great about it: Step by step and answer only what applies to you
What's not so great: Can't get a "big picture" of what you're doing before you finish a section
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Frustrating - Update Status

The fact you have to check for updates prior to e-filing then not being at to successfully download the updates was a terrible function.
Especially after paying for the State e-file.

Great Product

Great product and I highly recommend it. I have the Deluxe version but there were some instruction forms surrounding mortgage interest and points as well as HSA deductions/contributions that were not included with this version that I would've liked to have been. They do refer you to the gov't site and sometimes indicate the publication so its not bad.
In regards to the HSA easy guide/step by step method, it is confusing to the reader, as confirmed by turbo tax expert, on where you input employee contributions. Also, the wording on one of the screens appears to indicate that you should not include employee HSA contributions made. This box in easy guide is the one that updates the actual form that can affect taxes being higher or lower as end result.
