I've been using Turbo Tax for years and every year my taxes get easier to do. They just about have it perfected with very few minor things that are more annoyances than problems. I recommend Turbo Tax for anyone. I will be using Turbo Tax for many more years to come!
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand
What's not so great: Multiple saves of your file are unnecessary

Turbo Tax is super helpful for e-filing your taxes. I have used Turbo Tax several years now and have always been happy with the results.
What's great about it: Quick, easy to follow process
What's not so great: Additional steps were tricky

With a complex return this year I felt a lot more comfortable that I was completing my return accurately with TurboTax. The program is easy to use, yet very comprehensive. I think this is a difficult challenge and TurboTax delivered.
What's great about it: Comprehensive and easy to navigate
What's not so great: Did not include state e-file
Pros: I bought or sold investments

The help files need to be expanded to cover more information requests.

TurboTax is very easy to use. I wouldn't use any other tax prep software. E-Filing is great.
What's great about it: Ease of use and accuracy check.
What's not so great: No cons.

I love how simple, quick, and easy TurboTax is to use. The questions are easy to understand and there are "help links" all over the place to explain everything if additional information is needed.
What's great about it: I love the simple quiestions that are asked in each step.
What's not so great: Too many updates during processing.

Fast and accurate

Each year is easier because all of the information from previous years is carried over. Never have to re-enter the same employer, banks, charities, etc. Serves as a good reminder too.
What's great about it: Importing previous returns and comparing so nothing is forgotten
