When I went t print before finishing filing, it was not obvious where I needed to go to get back to the step to file. confusing and frustrating.
What's great about it: walked me through each step
What's not so great: It could not find it's way back so I could actually file

Overall TurboTax is a great software to file taxes. I have been using it for years and have been satisfied. With a few minor additions to the support page and customer support, it would be perfect.
What's great about it: Turbotax is easy to use, the questions are clear and taxes can be filled out quickly
What's not so great: Some of the areas of the Support page needs some more details and the support phone number should be open longer

We have been using Turbotax for years and have been very pleased with the results. Further, their audit defense gives me peace of mind.
