I have been using it for 10 years and wouldn't use anything else.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

year to year, charitable contributions vary, and would be nice to have a "master list' of all charities used, so that can select the current recipients and not have to keep typing in addresses. also, after each entry, have to resort to alphabetize, and the list goes back to a random order after each entry.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: do not like having to type addresses for charity, and no option to export the charity list

I've been using TurboTax for many years and every year it gets better. Proof that the developers listen to customer comments.
It's easy to use and it works. I did three tax returns and had no problems.
