Super Simple

Overall a great experience, itemized return and it takes about 3 hours with some complexity. saved the fee if I had someone else prepare
What's great about it: a complex filing and turbo tax had all additional forms

it was very easy. Last year we used a cpa because we had a small business and a k1. Your software stepped us through it easy enough.

I did my itemized federal and state taxes in less than 3 hours. Love the ease of use and the way TT walked me through the income and deduction sections.

Another easy great experience with Turbo Tax

This is my 10th year filing with Turbo Tax. They continue to make this a not so painful experience. They also continue to improve their user experience through Intuitive prompts. I would only have them change how you walk through some of the wizards so that you can pick up where you left off. Other than that, love the experience.
What's great about it: Thorough and easy for the non-CPA
What's not so great: Going back through wizards is a bit clunky

I have used TurboTax for over 5 years. It is seamless to import from year to year. It is fast preparation and fast filing.

Little Trouble

When I received Pin from IRS and entered on return got message about bad date, changed information, but got me screen about accessing a secure site. Click no and was able to get to transmission screen
What's great about it: General easy of use
What's not so great: Paper filed last year caused problem with one return

Highly Impressed with how far TurboTax has come

I've watched my dad use Turbotax to do the family taxes for as long as I can remember. This is the first time I sat down and did them all on my own this year (yes I'm 27 it was time).
They did an excellent job guiding me through the various pieces of the minefield that are taxes. Although I called my dad a couple of times, Turbotax has come a long ways and is a great program overall.
What's great about it: Extremely easy. Great interface
What's not so great: .you're still doing taxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
