ADD STEP TO FILING......CHECK FOR UPDATE BEFORE HITTING THE E-FILE BUTTON.....SAVES PEOPLE FROM PANIC WHEN IT SAYS RETURN WAS NOT ACCEPTED!!!

The best...no doubt. Easy to use and tutorials are great. Each year they give you more and somehow, make it easier. If you're going to buy any program, this should be a MUST!
What's great about it: Easy - Educational - Trustworthy

I think the TurboTax 2 years ago was easier to use. I miss the guide on the right side and the "see the form" look--maybe I just overlooked it. Otherwise, very simple to do and file.
What's great about it: was fairly easy

Complicated itemized joint return done in hours

I'm a LONG time user of Turbo Tax. The only thing I ever really wanted was to get immediate answers to questions on April 15. This seems to be my normal date for finishing my taxes. A feature I would have liked to have seen this year was the ability to ask for a check list of what’s needed for taxes when refinancing a house or buying a car. Another feature that would have been nice this year is the ability to key in a form number I received from my lender and get some instructions on what to do with it.
What's great about it: Step by step guide with question help
What's not so great: Can't think of anything right now

I have used Turbo Tax for as long as it has been available. Each year seems to get easier and easier!!!!! Thank you. I always wait till the day before the 15th to do my taxes and I finish in about 2 hours!!!!

Paying taxes is never easier but TT is getting easier to use. I think you should have people get their PINs earlier. That will spread out the stress to state and fed web sites
