Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It seems to get easier and a bit quicker each year. The price charged for the subscription (automatic mailing of the product) does not seem competitive with other offers in the marketplace.
What's great about it: Clear Directions, Fairly Quick
What's not so great: Pricing for Subscription

I am very pleased overall with my Turbo Tax experience. My ex-husband had used Turbo Tax in the past to file our taxes, but this is the first time I have used it on my own since becoming single again. It gives me a lot of confidence to know that I have used this program to prepare my return. The program was easy to follow, and I appreciated the opportunity to click on a link for a quick explanation of what I was looking at. I can't believe my refund! I got credit for things I would never have thought of on my own, I'm sure. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: I love how Turbo Tax walked me through everything!
What's not so great: The extra processing fee for e-file of state return.

I've used turbo tax for over 12 years. It is consistent in its approach and generally very thorough in its coverage. There are a few times when I can't figure out why it does copy a number from somewhere else where I already put it. It is great for recall data from the previous year so I don't have to go through my files again.
I don't like the high per state price. Last year I had to file for three states. I paid more to prepare my taxes than I had to pay in taxes!
What's great about it: quick, self explanatory, consistent
What's not so great: price goes up each year (but only a little)

Actually enjoyed filing taxes this year using turbo tax. Simple to use. Walks you set by step through the return to find you the best filing options. Easily imports the data form the previous year filing to make the tax preparation even simpler. Can't imagine not using turbo tax ever again. I highly recommend it!!!!

Turbo Taxin for many many years

I've been using Turbo Tax since the late 80's and it has performed well for me ever since. It makes tax filing much less painful and I always know what to expect. I'll continue to use Turbo Tax for many years to come I'm sure.
What's great about it: Thorough, Easy to understand, Quick
What's not so great: It still doesn't make me file before the last minute

Taxes Turbo Fast!

It was as simple as following the steps. No tricky questions and if I had a doubt there is an explanation just a click away! It is easy, fast, convenient, secure and perfect because everything is there save to your computer or printed which ever you choose! I love the direct deposit for my refund goes straight to my account and I get an email with the confirmation....no accountant gives you that follow up service! ;)
What's great about it: I can go back if I make a mistake and there is an explanation for everything.
What's not so great: I called the IRS and they could not give me Electronic Pin Number so I had to look for my 2011 AGI...
