Last minute easy

For some reason I always wait to the last minute to file, but with turbo tax it is easy. So I get it done with no stress and problems, That is why i probably wait since i know it won't take me long.
What's great about it: Verry easy and fast

for what we pay there should be no charge to efile our state taxes.

Excellent product. Keep it up, and keep improving it and it will remain the top software for tax filing. Congratulations!
What's great about it: Easy to use, intuitive, jargon-free (layman terms), step-by-step, crisp commonly used language, helpful hints, swift
What's not so great: At first, I said "No" to recalc of prior year AMT, then I wanted it, and it was hard to get to a screen to do so.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax never stops to amaze me from year to year how easy it is to interact with the software. You never need worry about being a tax expert, because from the very beginning Turbo Tax will lead and guide you easily through the entire process. Priceless!!! We Love it!!
What's great about it: Easy, Efficient,Clear, Accurate, Solid Advice, Painless, Great customer facing software
What's not so great: No Cons!!! It was easier than expected!!

Overall, great--a few improvements

Turbo Tax is great for all the reasons you'd want a program like this. My only gripe is the errors at the end of the filing process--so many times, Turbo Tax says they've found an error or need more information and refer to some obscure box. I have no way of knowing which section that box was in or where to start looking. A link to the specific section in error, or at the very least which form or section I can find it in would save me insane amounts of time and headache.
What's great about it: Easy to use, extensive, overall simplicity of product
What's not so great: Errors that are brought up are obscure with no way to find the origin
