The only way to do your taxes. Have been using turbo tax for 20 years. Taught my daughters to use it and they are turbo tax loyalists now as well.
What's great about it: Thorough, efficient, effective

I had 4 things on one return and 3 on another that needed to "checked" (yellow alert). But after clicking continue nothing appeared.
The update gave me fits this time. Had to follow the manual process.
Minor things... I'll still use Turbotax next year.

Generally, easy to use but could add more explanation. Could not find anything about cash donations to various charities without receipt. They do add up.

The program is very helpful in helping the individual understand what forms are to be filed and where. It is very nice that it tells you the category of where you are currently working and the names of the paperwork you should be using.
What's great about it: Walked step by step to understand what forms are filed and where.

Have used TurboTax for 5 years now; it's quick, easy and inexpensive. I would recommend it to anyone.
