Made my life simple

Well, makes my life much easier...and makes me a hero to my wife. That's worth way more than you charge. I don't even consider any other way... you've got my business!
What's great about it: Ease of state return - no more double work
What's not so great: none - gets more perfect every year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

only problem if a form is selected but not needed i could not find a wa to delete it. I just had to add 0 in the amount column. Other than that it is excellent.

Love Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax. I feel like I can relax about doing my return myself when I use it. I don't miss things, and I get what deductions I should without deducting things that I can't.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax thinks of everything. It guides me through my return and takes the guesswork out of the process.
What's not so great: Sometimes, complicated sitautions are not easy to get to the bottom of. I end up having to do a lot of research outside

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and I've been happy and confident with the guidance and the software abilities. I especially like the FAQ section and the information shared with other Turbo Tax users and your own staff. I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy Walk Through Process; Thorough Guidance
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find information

Turbo Tastic!

I'm just out of high school and in college and have been on my new job for one year now. This was my first time filing taxes and the first time I've used Turbo Tax. It was so easy to use! Super user friendly and easy to understand! Much easier than expected. Turbo Tax guided me the entire way and made this such a great experience for my first time filing taxes!

No Pain - Great Gain

Makes filing taxes painless. Even when you wait till the last two days like I do. Easy to understand the process. Turbo Tax even adds a little humor along the way.
What's great about it: Handles the hard stuff
What's not so great: Wish I could buy a retail package that includes state e-file.

Easy and stress free

This is seriously easy to use and almost free compared to all ny friends who have tax people! I do not understand why everyone is not doing their own taxes....this is tax for dummies! No running around to get forms, no losing papers, no running around after work....simple easy and all on my time!
What's great about it: Step by step, lets you quickly skip if not applicable, finds new areas
What's not so great: NOTHING....this was the easiest ever!
