Tax filing

This is my 10 year anniversary of using Turbotax to file my taxes. It is quick and easy as all of my infomation is carried over from year to year. In addition, by using Turbotax for so long, it ensures that I did not leave any forms from the prior year out and keeps you organized. Turbotax makes an unpleasant annual experience easy.
What's great about it: done quickly and easily
What's not so great: i did not get a refund

What's great about it: Convenience
What's not so great: Some difficulty with forms when changes were made

Another good year with Turbotax

I've been using TurboTax for many years and it has improved each year as my tax situation has grown more complex. TurboTax provides great flexibility to be guided through data entry or fill in sections yourself. It helped me get several deductions I wouldn't have thought of myself and guided me through some tricky situations. The capability to download data from many financial institutions is terrific. Note you still should check deductions closely, especially when things get complex, like balancing educational expenses and 529 plan withdrawals.

Using Turbo Tax for years

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I gather all my paperwork then sit down to do my taxes. I love Turbo Tax as it walks me through each step. If I don't know about a section, there is plenty of help boxes to show me if it applies to me. I find Turbo Tax fairly quick and easy to follow. Thank you for such a great product!

Almost clear for Clergy

Still need to work on clarifying which of the two different points to enter housing expenses, allowances is better. They both look the same to me. And that line "Only include the lowest of fair housing or housing expenses or furnishings allowance..." What's that all about? Maybe you should design a unique Clergy version.
What's great about it: Recognizes there's a difference in Clergy tax calculation
What's not so great: Not entirely clear how to enter home furnishing expenses (utilities, phone, cable, internet) vs. fair rental value
