Nickel and diming you to death

After you charge for a state return it shoud include a least 1 e-file.
What's not so great: I bought 2 state programs that did not include e-fle

I was able to finish in a reasonable amount of time and Turbo Tax guides you through each section with help all along the way
What's great about it: like that it is easy to use and cross-references to additional info

Couldn't do it without you

I have been using turboxtax since 2006. It has made filing taxes alot easier. Easy to follow instructions and no calculator needed!
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: I still have to pay taxes

Intutive in a non intuitive task

I have used Turbo Tax or several years and been faced with complex issues on several occasions. I have been trained in some areas of taxes and have found that Turbo Tax has had the correct approach when my CPA adviser did not. This was especially true on basis assignment for inheritance property. i find it easy to use (intuitive) in a tax environment that is anything but intuitive.
What's great about it: Income development is excellent. I used to use a CPA for year by several years ago i switched to TurboTax. No regrets.
What's not so great: Printing is odd.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and expect to continue using it in the future. It is easy to use and the questions are pertinent with detailed help as needed.
What's great about it: Straight forward questions, good error checker.

cuts the pain

Overall a good experience. Does the IRS require all the detail for charitable contributions? Must have spent an hour getting all that stuff typed in, didn't amount to much. And I don't have a clue about depreciation - maybe some additional questions for dummies?
What's great about it: minimum of complex language
What's not so great: sometimes complexity can't be helped

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years. Turbo company keeps coming out with a better to the best way to do my taxes.

I have used Turbo tax since 2005 and love it! Very easy to use, and it always helps me get the highest refund possible with suggestions I never realized I could deduct!
