File and relax

I have now used Turbotax 2 years in a row. It is easy to use and simple to navigate. Very fast and accurate. Really added to my refund amount and I have not had to tear my hair out while filing taxes. Helps get the maximum refund with ease.

Fast & easy

Doing tax returns are a pain. Turbo Tax takes away much of the suffering in their step by step process. If you gather your key data all you have to do is plug in and walk through the steps outlined. Much better then wrestling with instruction booklets and a blizzard of forms.
What's great about it: runs the calculations so I don't have to! handles the worksheets. Checklist of deductions.
What's not so great: not all state infor transfers year to year.

Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for six years now. I love using it! It is so easy to follow and correct.
But I had to file two state returns for my son who moved to Oregon. I didn't like having to pay what felt like a lot to add another state because I could not finish without it, But then was angry when I had to pay more just to e-file for the second state! I should have been able to finish Fed and State 1 without being required to buy State 2 first - and the price should have included e-filing for State 2.

What's great about it: Just so simple to use.
What's not so great: Charged for a second state, but then wanted to charge more to e-file that state!

Taking the pain out of filing

The hard part is making sure you have all the proper documents when you are ready to file. Then using Turbotax , I just stepped through the program filling in the data which applied to my case. I could stop for a while and when I started again Turbo tax brought me back to where I left off. Turbo tax took a lot of the pain out of filing my taxes. I guess that is why I have been using Turbo tax for more than 5 years , and plan to use it next year.
What's great about it: Turbo tax made the job easier by importing last year's information. I let Turbo tax guide me through the steps.
What's not so great: I can't think of any ay the moment.

Electronic Filing

I used TT to file my daughter's returns electronically. It was as simple return and it was easy to file electronically.
What's great about it: It was very easy and fast.
