Turbo Tax Rocks

Turbo tax makes it so easy to file returns. Why pay someone to do it when I can do it myself. And they offer assistance along the way! What more can you ask for

Awesome Tax Program

Most trustworthy tax program I know. I live in community property state and a window popped up warning me about a tax law I didn't know anything about. Saved me thousands of dollars.
What's great about it: Everything! Used this program for years and like it better every year!
What's not so great: I can't think of any.

Turbo Tax My CPA

For the past years, "and I can't remember that far back", I have utilized the Turbo Tax software and had nothing but success. It is the ultimate in tax calculations as you don't have to split an atom to use it. Moreover, you don't have to maintain specific paper work with the auto transfer option that will populate the basic information from your organizations. With Turbo Tax the average Joe has no need for the CPA, when you can be your own at a reasonable and cost friendly price. Further, with the fast and friendly error check, you don't have to sit on pins and needles as you would at the "in store, mini mall and CPA offices, you check completes in seconds...and I could go on and on about the product

Down to the wire but Turbo Tax got it done!

Used Turbo Tax for the 10th year. We had a number of new issues this year, including partial residency status in two states, some self employment, mrelocation expenses, etc. Turbo Tax handled it and walked me through it. Just wish I had done them earlyier and got my $ 6K sooner!!
What's great about it: Ease of use - especially with job and residency changes this year.
What's not so great: Can be a little cumbersome to jump between states toreview work.

Pros, it is good software, as user friendly as such things can be (IRS, taxes, and friendly are not a typically words used together), and I keep using Turbo tax year after year.
Cons: I have a car used for a small business. This year not much happened, so the car was not driven for business. It will be used again, maybe not next year, but certainly the year after that. So I don't want to remove the car from the business, but there is no mileage to claim. A fairly minor problem overall.
What's great about it: Fast, checks for errors, walks through everything
What's not so great: Sometimes has trouble with changes

Very good, however...

I love turbo tax, i have used it for the last 7 years or so, but for some reason this year it was hard to find the deductions form. After some searching I found it and finished up though.
What's great about it: basic needs met
What's not so great: hard to navigate in one area
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
