I would like to be told exactly what pages to sent to the IRS, I ended up sending everything to be safe.
I had questions that were not answered when I clicked on ASK...
Some information was not clear, such as investment questions on the "check errors page."
What's great about it: Quick, efficient, and it does it all for you...mostly
What's not so great: there are no answers to questions when you get stumped.

I got my returns done in record time this year. I found the program easy to use and am looking forward to using it again next year.
What's great about it: I liked the "helps" along the way.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So Easy to File My Return

I have used Turbo Tax since about 1990 and has always been reliable.
What's great about it: TT asks all the questions needed to complete a return.
What's not so great: Too many questions if do not have a lot of investments.
