Got all the deductions possible safe and secure!

Have used this product for years. Feel very safe and secure.You can check and re-check as many times as you need to. Plus they tell you what exactly you need for each entry of income or deductions. Don't know how it could be any faster, but of cource, we are always looking for ways to save time filing. Thanks Turbo Tax for another great experience!
What's great about it: Liked the in depth descriptions in lay terms, and ability to check and double check.
What's not so great: Still looking for ways to save time filing.

I feel confident every year knowing that I am using Turbo Tax to file my federal and state taxes! I love how simplified it is, an elementary student could file taxes using this software!
What's great about it: It is taxes for Dummies!
What's not so great: Continue buttons should be at top of page

Turbo Tax tries and is successful in taking the sting out of doing your taxes. Given that the complexity and difficulty of filing taxes is always contingent upon your own personal income profile, Turbo Tax does an exceptional job of assisting the process while not getting in the way with any difficult learning curves. I have been using it for several years now and see no reason why I shouldn't continue coming back. As a matter of fact, if you haven't prepared your taxes with Turbo Tax, I suggest that you do. You'll be glad you did.
What's great about it: Really Easy to Use
What's not so great: Can't really think of any

I liked that I could enter the information at my own pace. I also liked that my husband could refer to it at any time. I did not like having to dismiss the registration page every time I referred to my return. I gave it an average star rating because I have not used another tax prep service to compare it to.
What's great about it: Step by step guide, went at my own pace
What's not so great: optional contact page shows up every time you refer to the return

Easy to use and relatively easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Did try a real person twice and they didn't seem to add any value only charged me. But our return is rather straight forward.
What's great about it: Step by step
What's not so great: Some things still in IRS speak
