the state portion should be more explicit in explanation options
What's great about it: the possibilities in the federal tax portion to obtain explanations
What's not so great: the state tax portion does not give those kind of detailed explanation possibilities

What's great about it: step by step process and simple to answer questions made it super easy and actually painless to do my taxes in under 2hr
What's not so great: no downside whatsoever

I have been doing taxes for many years, I like the fact that I can choose to enter my information my way. I transfer the info from last years return, then download current year information from my employer & financial institutions. What could be easier. Entering deductions is just as simple. E-filing is quick and simple, I select direct deposit of refund and within a few days the money is in my bank. I love TurboTax and have been using it since it was first offered.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: can't think of anything

I really appreciated the easy to follow step by step process and the explanations if I clicked on the links
What's great about it: Easy step by step & ability to go back and edit if I forgot something
What's not so great: I really wanted to print & mail my state refund but efile fed-couldn't figure out how to do that
