Tax GPS Navigator a good analogy

Step-by-step navigation is good, guiding you through every street/section - very thorough. I have used other products in the past & am very satisfied with TurboTax. Help could be more integrated with the product, instead of looking like a stand-alone web-style document. My city has an unusual city utility tax. The only way I can find it is by looking at the previous year's return and bringing up the matching federal form and worksheet. Other than that, Turbo Tax makes taxes as painless as possible. and addictive -- just like a GPS, I would never go back to paper maps or tax forms.
What's great about it: Navigation is straightforward and thorough
What's not so great: Help could be more integrated. Uncommon local tax hard to find

Quick, Accurate and Easy!

It's like having a CPA hold your hand while preparing your return. I've used Turbo Tax for probably the past 15 years. I used one CPA during that time and I probably would have been better off having used Turbo Tax. It is inexpensive, quick, accurate and easy for the layman. Will keep using it unless something better shows up...I doubt it!
What's great about it: Inexpensive, quick and very user friendly!

Taking some of the Pain out

Lets me play "What If" with the details and deductions. keeps me from having to read through mind numbing IRS tech speak and jargon. I would like an option to follow along on the form as I work through the guided info collection.
What's great about it: Carries Data forward from last year. Insulates from IRS Tax Speak
What's not so great: Removed Calculator from Fields. 1-State should be free
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
