Never again

former client 5+ years ago and loved it - been using tax cut, decided to try turbo tax again - never again - did not transfer my information correctly - didn't count my dependents; many areas that I had to override - would have missed deductions, if I didn't know what I was doing. Will only ever use tax cut again -- this is my first negative review that I have ever done for anything. Trust me, don't waste your money

Makes it easy!

Turbo Tax makes it possible for anyone to file their taxes with little anguish and pain. Walks you through the process in easy to understand language. I have been using the Deluxe edition and our tax situation is fairly uncomplicated.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process in a thorough and understandable.
What's not so great: Wish State efiling was not an extra charge.

Super easy and fast!

This was the easiest year for filing, thanks to Turbo Tax. I was able to quickly navigate through any step, if necessary and the guidance was great.

Quick! Efficient! Thorough!

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years. As my family's needs have changed, TurboTax has adapted to my filing. As the children were little, all those areas were addressed and deducted. Now they are entering high school and college, we have moved a couple of times and deductions have changed over the years, and TurboTax has met our 1040 needs... year after year, change after change. I am a proud Quicken users and TurboTax user and highly recommend this product for anyone at any stage in their lives.
What's great about it: Asked me all questions, only interviewed me on the areas that impact my 1040.

Just spoke with Mike and he was the best to help tp get tje return finished. Box 7 on an Ira 1099-R had an incorrect second code that kept coming up in the return but it wasn't on the 1099 R I received. He helped me find the right place to take it out and finish the return.
The best part of all, he spoke English that I could understand and he was in AMERICA instead of some foreign country where lots of companies have sent their employees there or hired people very difficult to understand.

What's great about it: Great Questions to be sure you don't miss any deductions
What's not so great: Couldn't find a way to get an entry I didn't make out of return

Love Turbo Tax!

I have been utilizing Turbo Tax for about 6 yrs now and I love it! It is easy to use and always accurate.
What's great about it: Easy to utilize/user friendly
What's not so great: Issue with obtaining state filing, had to call 800 number
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
