excellent step by step process, tips and examples

Had done my review manually for years and it would take days to complete and make changes. Now it's just a click away and I am done in a few hours.
What's great about it: easy to follow, easy to make changes, complete and option to e-file or mail.
What's not so great: installing the software may require cleaning up pc, extra fee for e-filling

Very Satisfied, except...

We have used it for years and would not approach taxes without TTax. Does a great job of pulling in last year's data which helps remind us of what is still in the mail or otherwise "missing".
This year I struggled with the review section which asked for a lot of information in SchE on rental locations that did not exist but the program seemed to assume they were because we entered data from K-1s. Tried to delete or adjsut to be sure it did reflected the actual income source and did not trigger IRS questions but failed. Sent the forms anyway and will cross my fingers.
I'd like to see a switch at the beginning of the program that says "yes" or "no" to the issue of TTax going to look for my account info on the web. I don't want this EVER! and always enter the data by hand. While the program eventually caught on after the 3rd or 4th time in each income subsection it was annoying to those of us who prefer to hand enter the data to have a better sense of what is going on.
That said I will purchase a copy again next year and slog through the process at the last minute as usual.
What's great about it: TTax walks you through all the steps and reminds you of all the options and issues that are part of filing Fed income ta
What's not so great: Very confusing on SchE info from K-1 & Constant request to import data electronically

Turbo Tax has made filing my taxes a smooth process. It really does guide you through all the details of filing....just patiently read through all the steps and your on your way to a painless filing process :).

EASY, EASY EASY! NOT TURBO TAXES FAULT THAT I MIS CALCULATED AND OWE MONEY! IF I FOLLOW YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS, MY BANK ACCOUNT SHOULD BE IN BETTER SHAPE NEXT YEAR ON APRIL 16TH!
