Another great year!

As always, TurboTax makes it easy yet thorough easy guide means I don't miss a deduction or credit. The extensive easy guide is easy to revew and the ability to flag topics means I can go back to update or correct data input with no fuss. I have used TurboTax for the past 25 years and it just keeps getting better.
What's great about it: Easy guide, help, forums, links to all resources online

Helped me do the returns easily

I use Turbo Tax software every year, and I am happy with it. I think there are few areas that need some improvements. For example, when it comes to calculating ATM Tax, it appears that we must do the work ourselves, although most of the data must already be available for the software to use.
What's great about it: Step-by-step and easy understanding process
What's not so great: Downloading records from banks and financial institutions missed few items. At the review stage, I had to enter them.

Have used this product for many years now. Always easy to use and I feel confident and comfortable with the results.
What's great about it: Always easy to use and like that it pulls info from previous year
What's not so great: hard to understand all the tax laws - even with the great explanations and help

Turbo Gets It Done

I was really surprised that a tax consultant called me back so soon concerning a question I had about a deduction. He was very professional and courteous, although it was late evening. I will continue to purchase turbo tax in the following years to come.
What's great about it: Great for transferring information from previous year.
What's not so great: Not really clear on some questions concerning open-ended Roth IRA's
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This was the first year I used Turbo Tax, because I thought it might be a better guide than the online free programs I have used in the past. I was wrong, this program is easy to use, but the exact same as the online program I have been using for the past 3 years. I wouldn't waste my money on this program again.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: same as most online tax prgrams, which are FREE

We have used Turbo Tax for the last several years, after the accounting service we had previously worked with was unable to get us an appointment in a timely manner. After starting, we realized that it was very similar to the questionnaire that we had been completing for them annually. We have been satisfied customers ever since.
What's great about it: Straight forward, easy to understand tax experience
What's not so great: NONE!! (except having to pay the taxes, of course)

I love TurboTax. The links to additional information helped guide me through a very complicated tax year. Thank you TurboTax for making this a process I can manage from home. I have used TurboTax every year for many years - and will continue to be a loyal user and cheerleader for this product.
What's great about it: This year taxes were very complicated - going through all the 'long versions" to check deductions/expenses worked well!
