Great turbo tax

Easy step by step instructions with all the help needed to guide me through every step of the process
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: no cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Better Every Year

Don't think I'd use any other product. A discount fo returning customers and stockholders would be nice though.
What's great about it: Ease of use and look and feel
What's not so great: That audit defense and state e-filing are not included.

Great But Room for Improvement

Overall I am a BIG fan of TurboTax and have suggested the product to many of my family and friends. I just wish there was an easier way to compare the current return to previous years. It would be great if there was a toggle button that would let you flip back and forth between were you are in the process and what you see at the end of each section. When I tried to navigate back to that view after completing my return I had to go through several screens to get to it. If it already exisits in the program it isn't intuitive to a multi-year user like myself.
What's great about it: The pop-ups giving the user more detailed information were great. Easy to understand and navigate as needed!
What's not so great: Difficult to see the progress and compare from one year to the next in the middle of the process.
