As you finish each section in income/deductions it takes you back to the top of the page and you have to scroll down in order to start on your next section.

Trouble with State Return

I finished federal return, and tried to start state return. The program kept downloading the state info, but would NOT let me in to start the state return. I had to close out of the whole program and re-start in order to continue. Meanwhile, I tried to call the help line and was on hold for 25+ minutes and no one ever answered. I think I have also wound up paying for the filing of my state return twice - as I entered info for credit card twice! Very frustrated with that aspect this year.
What's not so great: Could not start my state return. Was on telephone hold for help for over 25mins before I hung up.

The federal return is about the same as previous years, but the state is considerably worse. Missing forms, hard to return back to certain sections, no search option. Maybe some states are better than others, but it would have been faster and more accurate doing mine by hand on paper.
What's great about it: Imports previous year's data
What's not so great: State tax is worse than ever
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Won't Let me Amend

I keep trying to amend a filed return due to a late 1099, and all Turbo-Tax does is congratulate me on filing. Last year I had to override TTax also. I am going to try something different for 2013.

2012 Review

The Learn More windows really explained what each item was and who or why it should be used. I don't think I would have filed correctly if they where not easily explained.
What's great about it: Very Easy to use. Everything is easily explained!
What's not so great: It is a bit pricey especially since I have to still pay to file a state return.

I am a repeat TT user and wouldn't go anywhere else. The only part of the return was the SSO credit for GA state. I got through it but it was a little confusing
