User Friendly!

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now. Very easy to use. No complaints, a superior product!
What's great about it: Always easy to use, very helpful and explanatory.
What's not so great: Didn't get a refund, but that's not Turbo Tax's fault! :-)

I prefer the form method, so to me the other method just seems to take up a lot of space.
What's great about it: easy to use

Family Taxes Done Quickly

I was able to do my taxes as well as my kids who had earnings. Made it quite simple and easy to get done.
What's great about it: Easy to use and helpful
What's not so great: cant see lst years return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

using turbo tax every year leaves me very confident that i can do my taxes myself without having to worry about not knowing what to do and without leaving my home.

I have used Turbo Tax and Quicken for years and highly recommend it. Very user friendly even for a amateur like me. I do taxes for friends and family because I love a challenge, turbo tax helps me through without a headache. Keep it up TT!!
What's great about it: Available answers to questions, detailed explainations
What's not so great: Price in todays economy we pay enough for everything else

I've used TurboTax for years and find that it gets better and better each year. It eases the pain even when you don't like to see the final tax amount due -- but then you have good information for planning next year and hopefully avoiding another big payment due in the end. At least you know it is thorough and TurboTax gives you many opportunities to make sure you have not missed something.
What's great about it: Ease of use is getting even better.
